Comments: Precise phonetic value of /œ ɞ/ is not certain. It was implied from verbal descriptions of ‘reduced’/‘lax’ vowels /ă ĕ/ in different sources. /o b d̪ g f z ʐ ts/ are found in Russian borrowings.
